A day to destress..

Yesterday after morning class went to hav lunch with my roommates at George Town. We had curry mee, dumpling, chicken rice at a normal shop. The 百斩鸡 is really delicious but it is a bit pricey. Before headed to gurney red box, we had coconut drinks at d road side. The coconut is really very 香甜，椰子香味浓郁，赞! After the very full n delicious lunch, we start our sing k session at 2pm n end at 5pm, Siew Tin n Yanny joined us. We capture pics in d room until around 5.30pm coz tat time ed is d 2nd time of red box staff ask us to leave.. lolz.. pai seh pai seh~ After sing k session, we do some window shopping. My heart itchy for Levi's jeans again.. haha! We settle our dinner at Northem beach.. A nice place for food...

Yesterday was a happy day among this few weeks. Because i just hand up 1 group assignment, 3 more to go.. Although done 1 assign, i still feel very stress.. Again, I cant sleep well everyday, only able to fall asleep faster when i use the method to relax myself tat i learn from my previous yoga class.. i m not kidding.. i really hav to do so den only can fall asleep..or else i ll laying on d bed for hours!

Well, for today, life back to d assignment busy mode.. Had discussion from morning till evening.. gosh.. i don noe i still need how many hours to get my movie script done?! There is a lil suprise for today. I met my ex-manager during my meeting at a comic shop! You sure wonder y i had meeting at comic shop? haha.. One of my group member working at comic shop. So most of our meeting held at there as they provide wireless connection n there is comfort sofa to sit n small pillows to hug..most important is got air-cond mar..lolz! I met Mr.Dave since last time i leave the company, Wellness Lab. Really happy when i c him coz nvr thought will meet him at penang. He changed job ed n currently work at penang. Thus, gf oso changed ed..haha!

okok..enough crapz.. gonna continue my work..

Assignments going to kill me soon..
Recently always headache during assign session, especially d movie script assign.. gonna create dialogue n actions.. ish! But i m satisfy with our story line.. I think it will be a good movie n we r juz so good in writting script.. hohoho! Maybe nex time i got chance to get Oscar awards neh.. lolz.. okok..i noe i m juz talking nonsense.. well.. let me to crazy a while, coz i gonna back to my assign soon.. Most of my time spent to tis movie script writting.. hell, it is really not easy to write a script, got so many rules that we hav to fulfil! After tis course, i learn that a good movie is depends to a good script. Why script writter never be famous as actors n actress ya?! Without a good script, there will be no good director n of course NO famous actors or actress like Tony Leung or Gong Li.. hahaha! It is kinda unfair to d script writter as no one rmb their name.. Besides, i really "pui fuk" those script writter able to write a drama scripts..It is hell tiring n complicated! Bow to them for create so many nice drama for us n especially for me to reduce my stress.. ^.^


This few days will be my peak period as tis sem goin to end n none of assign 100% finish. The whole week will be meet with coursemates to rush up all d assign. deng.. i m kinda exhausted~ Really cant sleep well recently, i dunno if i m stress or wat.. i will awake during mid nite n my mind is juz full with the discussion situation, n with the assign information. It is so annoying but i juz cant fk off the thinking. I also don know it is my dream or imagination..i juz couldn't get rid of this situation. Therefore, i only manage to sleep again on d early morning n tis few day i will only wake up around 11am unless got discussion or class..haha! terrible rite?!

We Are Proud Of You

Congratulations.. n celebration.. la la la la la la la la la la....

My dear brother got straight A's in his SPM.. lolz.. He get d most A's among us.. smart betul.. well, it will be a lil thing for u but i m really happy for him. It is just because he doesn't in good condition when he is having his exam. He suffer from his skin problem the whole last year.. He cant fall asleep everynight, hardly to walk so he din even attend class more than 50% school days. He even stopped few months of tuition. Yet he really study hard during his exam period. He slept with his text books on the sofa or table everynight during his exam weeks.

This brother of mine really having tough life due to his skin problem, all of us r so worried about him, but luckily he is hardworking. I just hope that he can fully recovered soon n have a happy life. Although sometimes he is a bit spoiled by d parents but i understand y my parents do so, coz he is suffer from d pain since he is child. Pity pity.. Sometimes my heart also very pain when his skin bleeding here n there. Thus, he cant eat many food.

Therefore, brother, we r really proud of u that u get a good results. I just pray that god will bless u always, have a bright future n always in hapiness. Best wishes for u ~ ^.^

脚若失去功能，就属残废。我的一双脚，虽然没林志玲的42寸长，虽也没模特儿的完美比例，但我很珍惜它，希望它能保持良好的状态，让我创造更精彩的生活。脚上不多不少的疤痕，证明了它陪我度过的风风雨雨。每一个疤痕，一个经历，一个故事，一份成长。

从左脚开始述起吧。
扭到脚踝已是我从小到大的家常便饭。分别只在它的严重性，自己搽药酒还是去看铁打。当然次数是数不清啦。。上两个星期才又来一次，让我过了数天跛脚生活，寸步难行。还记得大一时也试过扭到很伤，看了医生后还得要大学的救护车送我回宿舍。

小腿，曾经试过跌倒撞到小腿，流很多血也肿了一大块，后来去看铁打才知伤到了骨，让铁打师敷了几次药就没敷了，因为很贵！

膝盖，有一小块疤痕。这是一个难忘的经历。就是在我十八岁那年的车祸留下的咯。熟悉我的人都知道何事。表面的疤痕隐藏着永远治不了的手尾。这只腿让我先体验老人家的风湿病，也好比我私人的天气预测器。除此之外，这只腿有萎缩的症状。虽然你可以说：不错嘛，可以看起来更瘦。但我被告知它会一直慢慢萎缩下去，除非我用力咯。现在并不很明显，除非细心观察。但以后呢？！不担心是假的。要如何改善？太过的运动我怕会伤到它，毕竟它痊愈得并不完美。而且也不够撑力，我有时走走下也会要跌倒似的，就因为左膝盖会突然软下来。


至于右脚，
除了一道也是从上次车祸遗留的疤痕在有脚踝外，小腿还算很健康。至于大腿，也另有一道蛮长的疤痕。那是我小时候不小心碰倒还热的熨斗而留下的。不过因为很久了，所以疤痕已不明显。

不过，很快的，另一道疤痕或许就要留下。因为，我的右大腿，有一粒瘤。不知道什么来的。两年前，还很小粒的时候，医生说不痛不痒就别理它。现在，越来越大粒，越来越明显，而且变色了。有时按下去也会痛。决定毕业后去动手术除掉，可我真的怕会留下难看的疤痕。但手术还是得进行。

希望这是最后一个留在我一双脚上的疤痕吧。。。
我还有很长的路要走。。。

I am back!

Hello guys! I m back to my lovely blog..hehe! well.. laptop haven't fix yet n CANT fix ed.. temporary use ppl's laptop.. this laptop is under warranty so i not so worry..or else i not dare to borrow.. don wan d 3rd laptop spoiled in my hand.. :-s thanks Mr.K a lot ya!

Life back to the busy mode when laptop n internet connection is available.. haha! n of course drama session is back! hmm..but i not dare to "bou" drama so long as i get warning for not on d laptop so long.. hehe! Thus, lot of assignment waiting for me to be done lar! I need more motivation to complete d tasks.. helpzzz!

Wuhoo! Finish my mid term papers.. actually just 2 papers lar..but not easy at all leh! Because i wish to get higer marks so that my CGPA "looks" better.. thats y i really study "harder" for tis sem leh..lolz! But.. i only got confident that i wont fail my papers only..lolz!

Diet plan seem to slow down coz this few days ate quite much although still 2 meals per day but i ate high calories food.. :p When i think of i m going to leave Penang soon.. i ll put d food into my mouth although i noe it is.. FAT~ hehe!

It is 15/2/09 ed.. Vday for 2009 passed ed.. well.. no lover, no roses, no chocolate.. wat i hav is virus of flu, n frens with me.. studying for d coming mid term although not really feeling well.. but i still hang out with frens for dinner n movie.. we had dinner at Swensens n for Vday movie.. nice dinner with delicious dessert.. ^.^ will go for d dessert n pastas again! No pics for today as i m not in d mood for taking any pics.. besides.. I really wish all of u hav a great nite! don forget to play safe! :p

CNY end lu..

sigh.. i miss CNY... still haven't get enough of ang pao, still haven't crazy enough with friends, still haven't watch all d CNY movie, still wan to play mahjong n cards! T_T i still wan to have fun!! but i m quite guilty as everyone r working/ studying hard for their future but i m slacking around~ I promised myself to study hard for d last sem so that i wont regret nex time but still..I M LAZY.. Just get a bad news from "GOOD" lecturer that we have to study 7 copies of notes for the mid term! oh gosh..we tot only 2 ?! suddenly becm 7 huh.. how to finish in short time wor~ we still got another paper wan mar.. thus.. Finally!

Today start a lil bit study of my int finance coz mid term coming soon.. den went dinner with Ms.Shit n her gang..they come penang for 2 days trip from UUM.. Brought them to super tanker hawker centre for dinner as they wan to eat d Aki Pancake.. hmm.. at 1st i was wonder v manage to try it anot coz EVERYTIME i go there.. d pancake stall oso closed! But mana tau.. they really lucky lo! haha..for this 3 yrs, this is d 2nd time i manage to eat d Aki pancake which is quite famous..1st time is fren da bao for me.. We headed to Kek Lok Si after dinner.. n again.. Finally, i manage to see those beautiful lighting for d temple as it is really famous.. only available during CNY..1st time c it for tis 3 yrs again..lolz! thanks them for giv me d chance to add more memories at penang before i graduate.. ^.^

Her Birthday

Yesterday was her birthday..Ms.Cynthia's birthday.. we planned to giv her some lil suprise on 12am but she is not feeling well n fall asleep like pig.. d previous birth plan had ruined due to some of them r still X at penang n bz with their own thing.. =.=" We ended up having a small celebration for her at TGI Friday's .. Only me, Mr.Clack, Mr.Reno n d piggy Cynthia.. well..she is real cham on her birthday..not only sick but her left eye don noe wat happened vy pain..so she is quite moody.. But we still bought a cake for her to make wishes.. venue is at our hse while Mr.John n Ms.Peipei joined us.. perhaps she hav a warm birthday n get well soon~ ^.^

Happy Moo Moo Year!

Happy CNY to everyone ya~ My CNY is great.. Great time with the relatives n cousins at hometown.. love them ya! I really miss d moments spent with family n relatives.. n of course..thanks for d ang pau! ^.^

Just reach home yesterday late afternoon.. Hang out with buddies for tea session at night.. Today, went Tian Hou Gong with mom n sis.. then i went around menjalara n metro prima looking for hair salon! But i cant find any coz all close..left d only 1 near my house call Japanese Zone.. =.= so no choice coz i beh tahan my rambut rumput..lolz~ Then i rush back to prepare myself coz darling steph coming to my hse.. but still need her to wait for me.. coz i always don noe wat to wear n choosy..hahaha! sorry ya steph! We went Miwaulkee (don noe hw to spell) for our dinner.. darling Vincent join us half way..Chill a while at steph hse den go for my primary school gathering~ The gathering was great! ^.^ Met a lot of OLD frens that haven't meet for years.. almost 10 yrs! Hope still can keep in touch with them..

3rd Sunday of 2009

It seem like another boring Sunday ya.. woke up 11am++ coz not feeling well.. i m lazy yet today hav to finish 1 assign n 1 outline.. actually both also group assign but yet i still hav to do my part right.. last friday i went d mall again with d mates.. this time i managed to save my pocket very well..haha! juz spent 21.5 bucks for d Voir's necklace..had Kim Gary for lunch n Canton-i for dinner.. Seriously, not much interest for Kim Gary ed..haha! Especially i almost puke after d honey milk.. Even Station One n Full House taste better! lolz! Don hav good exp in Canton-i yet d mates wanna try out coz it is new at Queensbay mall..It is quite exp as d food is we can hav lower cost at outside..anyway.. no doubt that d wantan is superb! but don't u think it is a bit pricey for a wantan mee cost RM12.80 yet u can get RM3.50 at outside? Price haven't include gov tax n service charge leh.. Wantan mee at Penang even only RM2.50.. lolz! I read thru d menu at Canton-i.. dim sum there r exp also.. RM10 for a har gao.. i think i go HK eat also not tat exp.. lolz! okok.. don juz "step" tis restaurant only.. d desert there not bad ler.. taste good!

CNY coming soon.. u all get prepared ed? bought outfits ed? new bra? new panties? new shoes? new hair cut? new gadget? haha! i m still trying to put off weight as much as i can.. mon n thurs badminton.. tues n thurs gym.. n most important, NO SUPPER! lolz.. i wan to try new hair style but i don hav idea how to make it.. any suggestion? no dye hair pls..

Besides, i also wan to get a new HP after CNY.. any suggestion? i wan 3G, n good in camera! .. hehe!

Old Days..

harlo guys.. hav a good day? I just finish my fried noodles.. hehe! I m satisfy with my own cooking skill..lolz! My right hand r in pain now..due to the badminton ko-k..haha! Besides, our coach really kee xiao wan.. we got a test on next monday after d 1st week of lesson! damn..i got no confident at all!

Today, someone added me at msn.. he is my classmate for standard 3..lolz! Is my another standard 5 classmate gav him my email add... well..i cant rmb his name until i c his pic den only i realise that.. yea.. i knew this guy..lolz! they had tell me some past memories which i got no idea at all.. haha! really cant rmb.. well.. i think 1 of them rmb so cleary is because that i was a important fren for him..haha! u sure will "shooo" me.. but it is true leh.. he chase me for years even i m at secondary school.. lolz! talking about this is not wan to praise myself..it is juz wan to tell u all that hor..y now i don hav this kind of fans huh? lolz~ kinda miss d good old days.. we r juz so naive n childish.. hahaha~ going to talk about my 1st time.. oh.. pls don think d yellow side.. i m juz talking my 1st time tat drunk until puke.. well..IT IS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE! i hate it! although this is d 2nd time i drunk since i start to drink.. but this is d 1st time i drunk till i puke! yiu.. whenever i think back i oso can feel d smelly+disgusting thingy tat i puke.. yiaks!

Yesterday 3 of us, Ms.Tee, Ms. Ooi n I shop from noon till nite.. After control myself.. i only bought a short blue pants n sunglasses..cant afford Coach sunglasses so MNG for replacement lo..hehe! Had tom yam mee hun at Old Town which i wont order for 2nd time n dinner at Sakae Sushi..



After back from d mall, Mr.Clack ask me for d drinks.. together wif Mr.John n Ms.Tee join our drinking session after some moments.. We had Chivas, Tequilla n Sake that i bought from Japan.. Tequilla is nice but i prefer Tequilla pop.. not really fancy Chivas anymore after this time coz it is tough for me at this moments.. Sake is nice to drink also! After few rounds of "cheers!".. everyone r totally tipsy n Mr.Clack drunk 1st..den is my turn..but i still can walk straight n climb to my bed but juz very blur..I puke right after some HL milk forced by Ms.Tee..den brush my teeth right after that coz i god damm hate it~ Fall asleep like pig while Ms.Tee busy "run" here n there.. haha! I heard Ms.Ooi said Ms.Tee was drunk during that time also..lolz! thanks for d hsemates n roommates that tk care of d drunkards..wee~

Suprisingly..i woke up pretty early today morning n feel nothing.. but after breakfast.. i start to feel disgusting again especially when i c d bottle of chivas n tequilla..n oso my toilet bowl! cant get rid of this feeling until now.. feel a lil bit pening n feel like wan to vomit all d time.. now feeling better a bit coz i took my nap edi..

Tonight, is my primary school friend, Ms.Mun Kay wedding dinner.. opps.. now is officially Mrs.Puah..From other ppl's blog.. they had been dating for 5 years.. Mrs.Puah is 22 n Mr.Puah is 23.. they get married bacause they really love each other n feel it is time to build their own family..not because of "accident".. seriously.. i really happy for them although i m not so close with them but my feeling at this moments really..complicated. I feel so happy for d couple but yet i m sad coz i had lost contact with d old good frens.. only manage keep in touch with some of them..there will be many of my old school's frens attending d dinner now.. juz because most of them went to d same secondary school.. i keep imagine d situation there.. how will it be like? everyone sure very happy got the gathering.. i think.. don know where i very miss them.. really! i wish i m there..haha! i juz hope to meet those old good frens although i know we r no longer so close.. so.. i said my feeling is complicated..because i noe i m d one who still so care bout them but ppl r not.. juz like few months ago.. i work at MV..I met her..my old buddy, v were so so so close last time n i was so happy n excited that time but she is in rush.. so v juz chat for a while only.. i did sms her many times but she nvr reply me! not even once! i am so sad but nvm lar.. i noe, i understand.. this is life! Ppl come n go.. juz depends on how long he/she stay at ur life.. well.. i m a greedy ppl.. i luv frens.. i really luvs all my buddies.. i wish i can hav them with me all d time~hahaha! so.. for those old frens..u all still hav a special seats in my heart n i always care for u.. i will always ready to help whenever u need me~

My Day

woke up quite late.. coz recently watch The Gem Of Life till siao.. haha! Actually i don't have much to blog but feel like wan to update my blog or smth.. Yesterday i cooked myself the "oatmeal chicken"..it is quite yummy! lolz~ My first try lar wei...don hav pic to show u all like how Vincent did coz u noe lar.. my hp n digi cam oso lau beh mar.. i m poor ppl! haha! Evening.. went jogging with the roommates.. we juz hope to burn some calories! DIET DIET DIET! lolz..

I juz finish a cup of HL milk as my breakfast.. cham leh.. but soon going to prepare my lunch..lolz! I wanna eat more vege so i try to cook more..healthy leh.. ngek ngek ngek! But recently i wish to eat the Carbonara spaghethi so much!

Shopping Day

Went Q mall alone.. wanna shop some birth present for uni frens.. I realise that i can even buy more when i shop alone..haha! It is true.. bought 1 top from MNG, 1 dress from Rest & Relax n another top from Acewin.. Besides, i target a handbag from MNG oso.. but it cost around 200bucks.. it is really nice but i think i wont buy it.. save d quoto for HK trip! wahahaha~ Besides, there is some short pants i wan to buy but i keep my $$ back coz i think it is enough for CNY.. my heart is so itchy for the Levi's jeans but after i consider my finance acc.. i think i better don buy.. hahaha! Have to keep remind myself "save for hk trip!" Well.. La Senza Nu Bra is my another target if i got extra $$$..lolz~

After settle d present, I went Shi lin for my fav oyster mee sua! hehehe~ den bought some vege n material to cook for the coming weeks.. Before headed back to the boring hostel.. i bought marble cheese cake from secret recipe for my supper!

Back to Uni Life..

yoyoyoyo! I am back to penang on yesterday.. Dad n mom went seberang prai for dinner.. So dad's fren fetch us along..We had a cheap yet good lunch at Tapah..An old chinese cafe but sell fresh food.. we had tin gai, sheng yu pin, wong sin, n dai tao har for 5 ppl n only cost around 80! Dad ll drop by this place whenever he pass by Tapah.. it is really a small n old cafe.. i would nvr notice or interested to it if dad din brought me there.. i like their steam tim gai with mee hon vy muchi.. hehe~!

Reach my apartment 4pm++.. den start to pack n clean d dust.. d 1st fren tat i met for this new sem is my hsemate.. Mr.Clack! Why i mentioned this? It is because I m so shocked when i c him.. wonder y my hsemate become smaller size.. Ish.. y guy can put off weight so easily huh! Evening, hsemates asked me to go Queensbay to walk walk.. We had dinner at Johny's Restaurant..not bad not bad.. after meal, we decided to catch a movie n we choosed , director of <300> I though it is a action or scary movie.. but it is NOT! it is a god damn boring, wu liao movie.. u will be like this when u watch it.. ===> =_=""" and ===> -.-? i rate it as 2/10 coz 2 marks is for those sexy ladies in the movie..

well.. for today.. 2 words to describe.. boring day! No fren to date for shopping.. i wan shopping! I wan search for new jeans, new tops, new underwear, new facial products n new gadgets! But no one date me.. poor me.. T_T

Food at Full House are quite tasty n their price are not too high.. average ler..

Yesterday Night went GH for Super Trio show coz got free ticket.. we late around 20 mins because this is a sudden plan.. It is a nice show.. not too bad for me but some say it is boring at the end..




We went for supper because everyone is hungry.. Mr.V got a disc card with term n conditions.. So we went this shop name "Hou Mei" at 1st world plaza there.. I asked 2 waitress if i can use the disc card for 30% disc before i put my ass on their chair.. they said yes! After we ordered everything n they sent us a bill so i show them d card.. After some moments, they said no disc today! Wtf.. i totally pissed off coz i edi asked 2 staff wei! So i politely asked them y n they gav don noe wat excuses..so i said den y ur staff say yes?! They said new staff wor.. C'mon! don't u train ur staff well?! If they r new n not sure bout d promotion, don simply say yes lar! Somemore i asked 2 staff wei! Bad management!
Fine.. we wait the food patiently.. but really damn slow.. especially the drinks! Even when the food reached some moments, the drinks still haven't come..Besides, the waitress there really don noe doin wat de lor.. whenever we got some request, we hardly to get their attention even they passby u, u have to wave ur hand for don noe how many times n shout out "excuse me"for times only they will come to u.. BAD BAD SERVICE! Plus, the food very oily la! I ordered century egg minced pork porridge that serve like this..





Damn.. the porridge is ketul-ketulan de lor! somemore very oily! n tasteless! Maybe the salt price is more expensive than the oil price.. I would nvr go for this restaurant again! service bad, food bad, drinks serve slow n expensive~

Yesterday Night went Sutra @ The Curve with Vc n Kinki.. Sutra is a thai restaurant.. i like their decoration.. it is quite romantic..but a bit too dark..haha! The food r not bad oso.. din manage to capture any pics coz don hav digi cam..After dinner we walk around The Street n some window shopping.. Nice talk with the gals n thanks for light up my day.. Our date will be next monday at The Cave n wish to end at Full House..hehehe! I am looking forward to it~

Currently i am getting sick.. start to flu n i know i will be fever soon coz a bit of headache now.. ohya.. i have date with mou n shit on monday for lunch oso! Vincent is going off to spore today n will be bek again after xmas.. do keep ur promise bout cook a meal for us k! i hope can meet mun soon..

Last Day at Osaka!

sigh.. so fast come to d ending of my Osaka trip.. well.. spend most of d day at Universal Studio.. it is really nice n fun..although it is quite boring for some show coz we don noe Japanese..haha! but those games r really very chi kek! I like the view inside Universal Studio.. really nice! Let the pics do the talk k..

Third Day at Osaka

Today..went Kobe city... 1st, we went Hakutsuru Sake Museum..to c d process of produce sake.. i bought 1 sake as well..hehe! den we went earthquake memorial museum..it is a nice lesson.. teach us how to minimize d harm by earthquakes n tsunami..becoz we cant avoid it, we juz can min our loss..there is some short video clip for us to watch about d earthquake happened in osaka at year 1995..juz within 20 seconds n all d bulding collapsed.. d clip quite touching coz it is perform by one of d victim.. We continue our trip by visited the Kobe harbourland.. Had a very delicious lunch at there.. ^.^ miss their spagethi very very much! n the choco fondue...

After our great lunch, we "rush"to factory outlet to shop..haha! Bought presents for parents n brother from Banana Republic n Nike.. Big brother bought a lot of HIS OWN stuff from Adidas.. Sis is fighthing inside herself for the Coach wallet while i wanted the Coach sunglasses so much! We end up zero purchase from Coach coz i don hav income, don wanna spend so much n sis din get her fav wallet.. den.. sis shop some Banana Republic's clothes n i get myself a set of sport suite..

Second Day in Osaka

After breakfast at our hotel, we headed to Nara City.. 1st destination is to Nara Deer Park where the deer is around everywhere n there is a famous temple inside.. I am so scare of the deer although i know d deer wont harm me..coz it is juz.. too many! It will appear suddenly to "sayang" u.. ohya.. the deer know how to "hormat" de..when u wan to giv them food.. u pull ur hand high high n they will like act respect or thank you to u.. i still rmb d incident when i cm out from the temple n pass by the street that full of d deer..it is so scary n some of us juz shout like siao kia..coz juz don noe y all d deer is coming towards our direction n we so hardly to get out of the park.. u noe.. i scare animals..hahaha!

Had BBQ buffet as lunch.. den headed to Osaka Castle to take group pics.. den we went Shinsaibashi street to shop! That is a part of the street is full of 18sx shop.. there is even some shops that provide services to let u search what kind of "duck" n "chicken" u wan n where to "get" it..haha! they post the duck n chicks pics everywhere..leng zai lar wei! so wanted to get one accompany me to walk around..haha! We had shabu-shabu for dinner..but i not really prefer their shabu shabu.. because it is so tasteless! d so-called soup is juz boiled water kay.. but d meat r really fresh la.. tats y japanese so healthy la.. lol~
